- Direct and oversee the entire sales process for MIMO-MANET products within the US Navy account domain
- Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the US Navy market
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities, updating the CRM database regularly
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MIMO solutions to effectively communicate product value to customers
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
- Prior US DoD military service with increasing levels of responsibility
- Deep understanding of US Navy procurement and relevant military applications
- Experience leading all phases of business capture, including proposals and strategic positioning
- Must have a SECRET level clearance or the ability to obtain one within 12 months
- Minimum 4 years of demonstrated business development and sales experience in a technical field
- Extensive US Navy or Naval Special Warfare (NSW) experience
- Strong technical acumen regarding US Navy tactical communications
- Leadership, management, and program management experience
- Track record of successful sales of MANET and/or radio solutions
