Position: Director of Sales, United States Navy (USN)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Direct and oversee the entire sales process for MIMO-MANET products within the US Navy account domain
  • Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the US Navy market
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to support sales development
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities, updating the CRM database regularly
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of MIMO solutions to effectively communicate product value to customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
  • Prior US DoD military service with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Deep understanding of US Navy procurement and relevant military applications
  • Experience leading all phases of business capture, including proposals and strategic positioning
  • Must have a SECRET level clearance or the ability to obtain one within 12 months
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Minimum 4 years of demonstrated business development and sales experience in a technical field
  • Extensive US Navy or Naval Special Warfare (NSW) experience
  • Strong technical acumen regarding US Navy tactical communications
  • Leadership, management, and program management experience
  • Track record of successful sales of MANET and/or radio solutions
