• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless support for clients

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed expectations

• Experience in a sales role or customer service environment
