Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Independent Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting, building relationships, and managing a client portfolio. Key responsibilities include generating and following leads, providing product value demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and managing sales pipelines to meet and exceed targets. The representative will collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effectively communicate the unique benefits of Seraphlyte’s solutions to potential clients.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with clients.
  • Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, lead generation, or account management.
  • Strategic thinking, negotiation, and closing skills to drive successful customer engagements.
  • Familiarity with technology-driven products or experience in a related industry is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous sales and/or public safety experience is preferred
  • Generous comission basis with static goals
