This is a remote position.
We're looking to hire a full-time Inside Sales Rep for our fast growing eCommerce business where we specialize in the sale and installation support of off-grid, hybrid, mobile and emergency backup solar power systems.
As an inside sales team member within our company, your day to day responsibilities will include heavy amounts of inbound and outbound phone calls, live chats and emails.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organization skills along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. We are looking for an organized, hardworking person, with exceptional problem-solving skills and some sales experience.
To ensure success as an inside sales and service rep, you should be committed to providing attentive support and be skilled at using computers and software. Top-notch sales and service reps are courteous, proactive, and well-organized professionals who understand how to delivery legendary customer experiences.
More Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Speaking with customers and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering heavy amounts of inbound customer questions and sending additional information via email and live chat.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and delivery legendary customer experiences.
Bonus
Experience:
- A background or interest in electricity, solar power, renewable energy, off-grid living.
- Have experience working with Shopify and/or Slack, G-Suite etc
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years' experience in the customer service/sales field
Meticulous approach to administrative tasks
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with virtual office technology and equipment
Creativity and strong problem-solving skills

Strong task and time management skills
Basic math abilities and an understanding of basic financial concepts
