Account Executive, Advertising

We're hiring an Account Executive, Advertising, on behalf of a fast-growing, trusted local media company with a strong presence across the Southwest. This person will manage an assigned territory in Tucson, AZ
, selling integrated advertising campaigns across print and digital platforms. You'll join a collaborative team and help local businesses grow through tailored marketing solutions.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in print or digital media advertising sales
• Proven ability to sell to small and medium-sized businesses
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable being coached and applying feedback to grow professionally
• Ability to quickly build rapport and communicate the value of marketing solutions

• Manage and grow a defined book of business within a local sales territory
• Sell multimedia advertising solutions (print + digital) tailored to client needs
• Leverage a robust digital sales platform and CRM system
• Build long-term relationships with clients and deliver consistent value
• Collaborate with internal production teams to execute client campaigns
• Identify and act on new revenue opportunities within existing and new accounts
• IN OFFICE ROLE:
  Candidates must be familiar with the Tucson market and able to commute daily. This is NOT a hybrid or remote position.
