Position: (Remote) Account Manager, Install Base Sales

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to develop and execute targeted account sales strategies for existing utility customers
  • Utilize data and insights from Salesforce and other corporate systems to prioritize opportunities and drive account-based sales strategies
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the utility ecosystem, including Harris solutions and third-party partners
  • Prepare materials and documentation for customer engagements, both onsite and virtual
  • Support regional and corporate conferences, coordinating customer engagement schedules and follow-up actions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development, ideally in the utility billing or enterprise software sector
  • Foundational understanding of utility operations and meter-to-cash processes
  • Demonstrated success in cross-selling, upselling, or expanding footprint within existing accounts
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and corporate CRM tools for managing opportunities and account planning
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external solution partners to develop joint proposals
  • Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and willingness to explore its application in sales automation and operational efficiency
