• Prospect via phone, email, and other methods to obtain qualified leads and meet performance benchmarks
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities for reporting and pipeline management
• Assist leadership with special projects, reporting, or administrative tasks to support team efficiency
• Participate in internal meetings and training sessions for continuous skill improvement
• Mentor new team members during onboarding or training to promote team development

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
• Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within a dynamic environment

• Experience in a sales or customer service role
• Familiarity with CRM software or sales management tools
• Previous experience in a digital marketing or related industry
