- Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to develop and execute targeted account sales strategies to expand solution adoption within existing utility customers
- Leverage data from Salesforce and other systems to drive account‑based sales strategies and identify new opportunities
- Prepare meeting materials and documentation for customer engagements, both onsite and virtual
- Support customer‑facing events and conferences to enhance relationships with customers and partners
- Stay updated on industry trends and product capabilities to effectively position integrated solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the utility billing or enterprise software sector
- Foundational understanding of utility operations and meter‑to‑cash processes
- Experience in cross‑selling and upselling within existing accounts
- Proficiency with Salesforce and corporate CRM tools for opportunity management and forecasting
- Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and interest in leveraging AI for sales automation and operational efficiency
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external partners to develop joint proposals
