Position: Territory Sales Manager (CO/UT) - Exmark

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Meet or exceed sales objectives for the assigned territory.
  • Maintain strong relationships with dealers to promote Exmark and Spartan brands.
  • Conduct training meetings for dealer personnel on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Prepare annual business/activity plans with dealers and formulate action plans quarterly.
  • Represent Exmark and Spartan at trade shows and dealer events.
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Level I:
    High School Diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of relevant experience.
  • Level II:
    High School Diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 80% of the time.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook, and mapping software.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to demonstrate equipment.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Industry experience with knowledge of outdoor power equipment.
  • Sales experience with an understanding of the sales cycle.
  • Strong ability to build and cultivate long-term business relationships.
  • Experience with customer relationship management tools.
  • Willingness to work long hours and travel for business.
