Territory Sales Manager; CO/UT - Exmark

- Meet or exceed sales objectives for the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers to promote Exmark and Spartan brands.
- Conduct training meetings for dealer personnel on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Prepare annual business/activity plans with dealers and formulate action plans quarterly.
- Represent Exmark and Spartan at trade shows and dealer events.
- Level I:
High School Diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of relevant experience. - Level II:
High School Diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience. - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 80% of the time.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook, and mapping software.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to demonstrate equipment.
- Industry experience with knowledge of outdoor power equipment.
- Sales experience with an understanding of the sales cycle.
- Strong ability to build and cultivate long-term business relationships.
- Experience with customer relationship management tools.
- Willingness to work long hours and travel for business.
