REMOTE Licensed Commercial Insurance​/Inbound Sales Consultant

• Manage inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre-qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultations
• Consult on various small business lines coverage, including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, and Commercial Auto
• Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver timely outcomes and excellent customer service
• Work closely with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks to write profitable business
• Maintain a customer-focused approach, delivering tailored insurance solutions to business owners

• Active commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required
• Minimum of 2+ years of recent Property & Casualty or Personal Lines experience
• Call center experience is valued

• Competitive nature with a strong desire to succeed in sales
• Experience negotiating and selling complex insurance products
• High-speed broadband cable internet service with minimum upload/download speeds of 100MB download/10MB upload
