Inside Sales Representative

• Starting pay model of $19.25/hr, increasing to $23.50/hr after the probationary period, plus uncapped performance bonuses

• Prospect via phone, email, and other methods to obtain qualified leads, meeting performance benchmarks for outbound calls and meetings
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities for reporting and pipeline management
• Assist leadership with special projects, reporting, or administrative tasks to support team efficiency
• Participate in internal meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and stay informed on company updates
• Mentor or assist new team members during onboarding to promote team development

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to learn and develop sales skills within a dynamic company

• Experience in sales or customer service roles
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Previous experience in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment
