• Take inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre‑qualifying and classifying applicants
• Provide coverage consultation on small business lines, including Business Owner's Policy and Workers Compensation
• Collaborate effectively with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks
• Manage desk priorities while delivering timely outcomes to customers
• Operate with a customer‑focused approach, ensuring excellent service and tailored insurance solutions

• Active commercial Property & Casualty license is required
• Minimum of 2+ years of recent Property & Casualty or Personal Lines experience
• Call center experience is valued
• Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation skills
• Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills

• Competitive nature and strong desire to win
• Demonstrated solid time, organizational, and desk management skills
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
