What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Actively prospect for new business opportunities with new and existing customers to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Manage a portfolio of major accounts, overseeing the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure and renewal
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, specifically in selling complex, enterprise software
  • Experience engaging C-suite executives using a consultative, value-based approach
  • Strong skills in leading detailed sales processes and managing full-cycle deals
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and driving change
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • College degree preferred
  • Deep understanding of AI and its applications in improving legal department operations
  • Experience in developing and executing account plans that contribute to sales strategy
