Job Responsibilities
  • Develop executive-level relationships within strategic, named accounts
  • Manage customer engagements from prospecting and qualification to closing
  • Execute solution-based sales processes in complex sales campaigns
  • Champion and embody the company’s cultural principles as the organization scales
  • Conduct strategic outbound prospecting and maintain a focus on customer success
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role
  • Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts, specifically with $100k+ ARR transactions
  • Experience managing enterprise deal sizes and C-Level relationships
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel monthly to meet customers
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with line of business stakeholders (Operations, Finance, IT)
  • Recognition for top achievement (e.g., President’s Club, Winner’s Circle, Top 10%)
  • Passion for the world of operations and understanding of industry specifics
