What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Generate and work leads in developed and underdeveloped territories through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
  • Sell and demonstrate T-Mobile’s value by recommending wireless solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Negotiate and close deals with new accounts, specifically targeting small-sized businesses
  • Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management through training and mentorship
  • Manage sales activities and forecasts using sales force automation tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment with strong multi‑tasking skills
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering superior customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Outside B2B sales experience preferred
  • Experience in solution‑based selling techniques
  • Proven effective negotiating and closing skills
  • Familiarity with sales force automation tools
