The RoleWe're looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead new business growth and build long-term client relationships. This consultative sales role you'll engage senior decision-makers, uncover their challenges and demonstrate how tailored technology solutions can elevate their operations.

Key Responsibilities- Prospect and engage new business opportunities through calls, email outreach and Linked In
- Build, manage and qualify a strong sales pipeline for the wider sales team
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers
- Keep CRM data accurate and manage all sales activities efficiently
- Conduct consultative discussions to understand client needs and propose bespoke solutions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client journey from first contact to deal completion
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or lead generation
- Target-driven, resilient and highly self-motivated
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Organised, detail-focused and proactive
- Comfortable using CRM systems and modern sales tools
- Eager to learn, develop and succeed within a high-performance environment
- Basic salary, uncapped commission
