This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key partners, and expanding the client base. Daily tasks include achieving sales targets, developing strategic plans, conducting market research, and maintaining a thorough understanding of ProAV and technology products.
The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to customize solutions, ensure excellent service delivery, and represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
- Strong sales and business development skills to identify and close new opportunities and expand the client base.
- Proficiency in market research, strategic planning, and relationship management with key industry stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Professional Audio-Visual (ProAV) and technology products, including digital signage, conferencing systems, videowalls, and related solutions.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to represent the company at industry events.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Experience in the corporate, education, hospitality, entertainment, or technology industries is a plus.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or marketing-related roles is desirable.
