Software Sales (Accounting & Hospitality Solutions) Primary role:
Business Development Manager Secondary role:
Account Management / Channel Management Salary: SGD6,000.00 to SGD8,000.00 Minimum years of experience:
Senior (5 years and above) Job Responsibilities :
- Drive Growth: Proactively promote our range of niche and reputable Software Solutions (including Accounting Solutions, Payment Solutions, POS, and Hotel Property Systems) to the Hospitality Industry, including Hotels, F&B, and Resorts.
- Hybrid Sales Management: Manage the full sales cycle from "hunting" new business leads to high‑level Account Management for existing clients to ensure retention and growth.
- Partner Enablement: Manage, develop, and enable resellers and partners, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to drive sales.
- Operations & Planning: Oversee day‑to‑day activities related to IT Software products and assist in strategic planning for sales and operational activities.
- Performance: Take full accountability to achieve or exceed sales targets, business objectives, and KPIs.
- Education: Diploma or Degree holder with a background in Accounting (highly preferred), Business, Communication, Tourism, Hospitality, or related disciplines.
- Domain Expertise: Proven experience in Accounting / ERP software sales.
- Industry Advantage:
Prior experience selling Hotel Tech solutions (PMS, Hotel Systems) is a significant advantage. - Sales
Skills:
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and "closing" skills with the ability to manage long‑term client relationships. - Communication: Strong spoken and written proficiency in English.
- Language: Ability to speak in English and Mandarin is preferred for the purpose of liaising with a diverse range of clients and partners.
- Attributes: Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently while being a strong team player.
- Status: Priority for applications will be given to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs).
- Strategic Relationship Building: Advanced networking with clients, principals, partners, and resellers.
- 360° Business Deals: Mastering the end‑to‑end process from lead generation to closing and account retention.
- Presentation Excellence: Delivering high-impact software demonstrations and pitches.
- Product Mastery: Deep‑dive training into Fin Tech and Hospitality tech product knowledge.
- GTM Strategy: Learning and executing business and sales strategies within a niche market.
- Attractive remuneration package (Base + Commission).
- Transportation & Reimbursement:
Transportation claims provided;
Parking and Mileage claims are available for those who drive for business purposes. - Hybrid Work Flexibility:
