• Own and drive growth by developing and executing account strategies for measurable revenue growth
• Act as a trusted advisor, uncovering business challenges and architecting tailored solutions for stakeholders
• Exercise independent judgment in prioritizing opportunities and navigating complex negotiations
• Lead the entire customer journey from prospecting to onboarding and ongoing expansion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value experiences for clients

• 1 to 7+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to operate with autonomy and make high-stakes decisions
• Strong consultative, solution-oriented approach with exceptional communication skills
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets

• Experience selling into Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC), Energy, or other field-based industries
• Demonstrated ability to drive value at every stage of the sales cycle
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and AI products
