What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Actively prospect new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Lead the entire sales process for small to mid‑sized corporate accounts, including account planning and deal closing
  • Meet or exceed designated revenue targets through effective account management
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 4 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
  • Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to companies with revenues under $500 million
  • Experience in high‑velocity sales and selling to C‑level executives using a consultative approach
  • Skilled in managing detailed sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and travel to customer locations as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • College degree preferred
  • Experience with a land and expand sales approach
  • Strong enthusiasm for prospecting and managing the entire sales cycle
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Ability to develop and execute effective account plans
