• Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to develop and execute targeted account sales strategies
• Leverage data from Salesforce to prioritize opportunities and drive account-based sales strategies
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the utility ecosystem
• Support customer-facing webinars and joint partner campaigns to drive awareness and pipeline growth
• Prepare meeting materials and engage in customer meetings to advance sales opportunities

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development, preferably in utility billing or enterprise software
• Foundational understanding of utility operations and meter-to-cash processes
• Demonstrated success in cross-selling and expanding the footprint within existing accounts
• Proficiency with Salesforce and corporate CRM tools

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external solution partners
• A curiosity about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its application in sales automation and operational efficiency
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events
