Sponsorship Sales Manager - US Fully Remote

Salary: $90K-$120K base + ~$20K commission/bonus
📍 Location: US Fully Remote
🕒 Employment Type: Permanent
🕘 Working Hours: Standard US daytime hours, 9:00am-5:30pm Central Time
Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for events and sponsorship? We're looking for a Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our team and drive sponsorship revenue across a portfolio of high-profile events.
What You’ll Do:- Sell sponsorship packages aligned to clients' business objectives
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Identify new revenue opportunities and expand market reach
- Collaborate closely with marketing and event delivery teams
- Manage multiple events and consistently achieve sales targets
- Proven experience in sponsorship, conference, or event sales
- Confident presenting and pitching to senior executives
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Knowledge of US energy, finance, or related sectors is a plus
- Ability to work Central Time business hours (9:00-5:30 CT)
- Must be comfortable with regular US travel (and occasional international travel)
- Competitive base salary ($90K-$120K) plus ~$20K commission/bonus potential
- 100% remote role within the US
