Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Sales Representative, based in Missoula, MT, with flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales goals. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, tracking market trends, and delivering tailored advertising solutions to meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Communication

    Skills:

    Proven ability in sales, client relationship management, negotiation, and exceptional communication skills.
  • Marketing Knowledge:
    Understanding of programmatic advertising, social media management, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Technology Proficiency:
    Familiarity with adtech tools, cross‑device technologies, and fraud protection systems.
  • Problem‑Solving and Strategy Development:
    Strong analytical skills, ability to identify client needs, and design tailored solutions.
  • Highly motivated and goal‑oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding souff sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Bachelor’s mandates in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in industries such as automotive, RV, retail, or e‑commerce is a plus.
