What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive new logo sales within the US insurance market, focusing on SaaS offerings and outsourced investment accounting services
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting through closing, including discovery, presentations, and contract negotiations
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through active outreach and relationship nurturing
  • Prepare for and conduct prospect meetings, delivering high-quality presentations and product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to strategize and execute on new client opportunities while maintaining industry relationships
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 7-15 years of sales experience, preferably with complex strategic sales processes
  • Strong understanding of insurance company investment portfolios and regulatory requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a performance-oriented environment
