What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Actively prospect new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact, account planning, deal closing to renewal for companies with revenues of less than $500M
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to address customer needs
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders
  • Regularly update the CRM system to maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Proven ability to sell complex software solutions using a consultative approach
  • Minimum of 4 years direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
  • Experience selling to C‑level executives and leading detailed sales processes
  • Self‑starter with a growth mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and change
  • Ability to work independently and manage the entire sales cycle from initiation to closure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with high‑velocity sales and a land‑and‑expand approach
  • Enthusiastic about refining sales strategies and enhancing team culture
  • College degree preferred
