- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the broader utility ecosystem
- Prepare meeting materials and support customer engagements both onsite and virtually
- Serve as a key support function for regional, industry, and corporate conferences
- Stay current on solution capabilities, competitive offerings, and industry trends
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development in the utility billing or enterprise software sector
- Foundational understanding of utility operations and meter-to-cash processes
- Demonstrated success in cross-selling, upselling, or expanding footprint within existing accounts
- Proficiency with Salesforce and corporate CRM tools
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external solution partners
- Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and willingness to explore its applications in sales
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events as required
