Position: (Remote) Account Manager, Install Base Sales

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to develop and execute targeted account sales strategies for existing utility customers
  • Leverage data from Salesforce and other corporate systems to prioritize sales opportunities and drive account-based strategies
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the utility ecosystem
  • Prepare materials and documentation for customer engagements, both onsite and virtual
  • Support regional and corporate conferences, enhancing customer relationships and engagement
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development in the utility billing or enterprise software sector
  • Strong understanding of utility operations and meter-to-cash processes
  • Demonstrated success in cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and corporate CRM tools for managing opportunities and account planning
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and interest in exploring its applications for sales automation and process improvement
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop joint proposals
