Job Summary

We seek motivated and results-driven Work-from-Home Appointment Setters to join our team at One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning of Frisco. In this commission-only role, you will contact cold leads via phone and text to schedule appointments for our tune-up services. Your goal will be to generate and secure appointments to fill our calendar, focusing on maintaining high performance and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducted cold calls and text messages to potential customers using predictive or manual dialing systems.
  • Schedule appointments for our tune-up services and ensure the calendar is filled with a minimum of nine appointments per day.
  • Verify and confirm appointments to ensure successful completion.
  • Follow up with leads as necessary to secure appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments set.
Compensation
  • $15 per completed appointment.
  • The commission is paid weekly on Fridays following the completion of the appointment.
Skills Required
  • Proficiency in cold calling and predictive dialing techniques.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to effectively handle objections and overcome resistance.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results.
  • Experience in appointment setting or similar roles is a plus.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in outbound calling, preferably in a sales or appointment-setting role.
  • Familiarity with predictive dialing systems and CRM software.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
