Qualifying Insurance Representative

PRIMARY PURPOSE

Take inbound and outbound calls, help qualify customers and connect them to the correct insurance providers.

As a Qualifying Insurance Representative at Ever Life, you’ll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers who have requested information online for life and health insurance. Your role is to qualify customers and then transfer them to the right insurance providers.

We’re looking for individuals with a positive mindset, strong work ethic, and coachable attitude
. Sales experience is a plus, but not required — we will train anyone who is motivated to succeed!

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Qualify leads based on customer needs and company guidelines
• Transfer customers to appropriate insurance providers
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every interaction

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and professional phone voice
• Ability to communicate effectively with management and team members
• Positive attitude and resilience when facing rejection
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Comfortable with computers and CRM systems
• Strong time management, adaptability, and accountability
• Attention to detail and effective decision-making
  
  Fluency in English with clear communication skills
• Strong listening and comprehension skills
• Confident, patient, and conversational with clients

• 2–4 week in-office training (based on performance)
• Remote work available for high-performing agents after training

• $17.00/hour (in-office, Lehi, UT)
• Earning potential up to $35.00/hour with performance bonuses
