, and we’re looking for proven sales professionals to help us aggressively expand our business loj.

This role is ideal for energetic, motivated, and experienced salespeople who thrive in a consultative selling environment and enjoy building long‑term customer relationships. You’ll play a key role in expanding our customer base while representing a trusted national brand.

Position details:

• Primarily remote
• 4 days per week work‑from‑home
• 1 day per week in‑office

• Sell auto, home, and related insurance products using a consultative approach
• Prospect, quote, and close new business via telephone, networking and other lead sources
• Develops and maintains on‑going networking relationships with local community
• Maintain operates strong follow‑up and customer service standards
• Follows all compliance guidelines and procedures
• Cross‑sell and build value with existing customers
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals

• 1–2 years minimum insurance sales experience required
• Excellent at following up with prospects/managing leads
• Excellent communication and closing skills
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Professional, coachable, and goal‑oriented
• Ability to follow and improve agency processes
• Property & Casualty license preferred (or ability to obtainხელ)
