As a sales service technician for the Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary, you will be responsible for supporting the sale of Kelvion products and service solutions. Your task will be to build and develop long‑term relationships with clients in key industries, identify new business opportunities, and deliver technical solutions tailored to customer needs. This dynamic and mobile position combines market analysis, active client engagement, and negotiation, offering you the opportunity to work independently while benefiting from the support of an experienced technical team.
Whatyou will be responsible for
- Actively sell heat exchangers and related services within the designated region (Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary) and ensure achievement of the assigned sales budget. ուք
- Develop and maintain service relationships leveraging the installed base of equipment in the region.
- ाढ़ market analysis and identify new opportunities for offering maintenance services.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and other business objectives.
- Drive the execution of strategic sales objectives to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
- Develop relationships with clients – acquire new customers and maintain long‑term cooperation.
- Promote Kelvion products and services, lead commercial crucive negotiations, and finalize orders in collaboration with the technical team.
- Analyze customer needs and propose solutions tailored to their technical and commercial requirements.

Mobile work, including frequent trips and visits to clients (business trips).
- Higher technical education (preferred master or bachelor grade in field of mechanics, environmental engineering, energy, electromechanics).
- At least 3 years of experience in selling products, services and technical solutions in the B2B segment.
- Knowledge of heat exchange processes; knowledge of the structure and types of heat exchangers will be an additional advantage.
- Ability to connect clients' operational and business goals with the solutions offered.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, and experience in building effective, trust‑based business relationships with clients, leveraging the offered service and technical expertise.
- The ability to conduct effective commercial negotiations and present the products and services offered
- Category B driving license and willingness to travel frequently on business (min. 60% of the time).
- Good English with at least B2 level.
- Communicative Polish is considered an asset.
- Ability to use MS Office and CRM systems.
