The Northeast Regional Sales Manager (RSM) leads Incab America LLC’s (IAL’s) sales efforts for a designated portion of the USA as agreed with the Vice President of Sales (VPS). The RSM will schedule, plan, forecast, resource, and manage all IAL sales activities in their territory to ensure that IAL meets or exceeds our sales targets while also ensuring both profitability and customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Deliver a high‑level positive experience in all customer interactions.
- Interact frequently with customers to interpret their needs and requirements and present these to inside sales, engineering, production, operations, and management.
- Establish relationships with customers and outside manufacturing representatives (OMRs) that ensure high customer satisfaction, positive long‑term relationships, and repeat business.
- Work closely with the VPS, IAL management and staff, and IAL’s OMRs to ensure that IAL is a qualified bidder for fiber optic cables at all major electric utilitiesേഡ their assigned region of the USA.
- Work closely with the VPS, sales support staff, and OMRs to ensure that IAL responds to requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for quotations (RFQs) in a thorough, timely manner.
- Plan and effectively organize sales calls, be accountable for a sales quota, and grow relationships throughout the client from top to bottom.
- Obtain feedback on quotations and proposals to identify trends in market pricing and opportunities for improvement in IAL responses.
- Provide oversight agend and manage IAL’s network of OMRs in their assigned region, including establishing and updating MR contracts, identifying and recruiting new OMRs, training OMRs, and recommending terminating OMRs where appropriate.
- Maximize sales in assigned territory by identifying opportunities to gain new customers hvaed expanding existing business to achieve planned sales goals.
- Make presentations to customers, OMRs, and distributors.
- Act as liaison or go‑between among IAL, OMRs, and customers to maintain good relationships and resolve complaints or disputes.
- Assist in collection of overdue Accounts Receivable from customers.
- Provide basic technical assistance and devise unique product solutions.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts and budgets for assigned territory.
- Assist the VP Sales and スーパーコピー in developing annual sales goals and objectives.
- Participate in industry trade shows as assigned by the VPS.
- Other duties as assigned by the VPS.
- Bachelor’s degree or 3 years’ experience in the field or related area required.
- 2‑5 years’ experience in investor‑owned utilities or electrical coops, preferred.
- Pro Este track record in sales, including the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- A dynamic personality; winning, “can do” attitude; and self‑motivation are required.
- Must be willing to travel throughout the assigned portion of the USA up to 50% of time.
- Strong organizational and relationship‑building skills are essential.
- Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, and electronic editing programs.
