ReSource Pro is seeking a Sales Executive to drive strategic growth by identifying, engaging, and converting prospective clients in the insurance space. This is your opportunity to represent a company known for delivering transformation through operations optimization, tech-enabled solutions, and deep industry insight.
This is a remote role that can be based anywhere in the continental United States. A significant amount of your time will be spent travelling.
Your roleAs a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth, identifying and cultivating high-value opportunities within the P&C insurance sector. This role is designed for a dynamic, results‑driven sales professional with a passion for innovation, with a deep understanding of insurance operations and digital transformation, you will leverage your expertise to navigate complex sales cycles, influence key decision‑makers, and consistently close high‑value deals that drive real impact for our clients.
Withinyour first year you will
Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to proposal development to contract negotiation and handoff
Identify, qualify, and engage non‑strategic/small‑to‑mid‑size accounts
, leveraging both inbound and self‑generated leadsUse consultative sales techniques to deliver customized, insight‑led messaging and compelling business cases
Collaborate with SDRs, Solution Architects, and internal stakeholders to drive pipeline opportunities and close business
Be a visible brand advocate: speak at webinars, attend trade shows, and contribute to industry groups to grow our network
5–7 years of proven sales experience (insurance, BPO/BPM, or technology‑enabled services preferred)
2–5 years of direct insurance agency/carrier experience is a plus
Strong consultative selling and territory management skills
Skilled in Salesforce and other CRM/sales tools
Familiarity with the Challenger Sales model or similar frameworks
Excellent communication and presentation skills—whether in person or over Zoom
Confident in driving negotiations and navigating long sales cycles
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees.
This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $97,847 -$165,707.The salary range could be lower or higher based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate. This role is eligible for commission in addition to base pay. The commission structure is uncapped and is calculated based on a variety of sales performing factors.
