• Answer inbound calls from existing customers regarding security solutions
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Handle objections effectively and close sales deals
• Upsell products and services while building strong customer relationships
• Maximize revenue through sales while ensuring customer satisfaction

• Minimum of 6 months of sales experience preferred
• Previous call center experience, especially in a fast-paced environment, is a plus
• Proven upselling skills and ability to convert interest into action
• Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to excel in a performance-based setting
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and technology

• Experience in sales-driven environments
• Familiarity with using dual monitors for managing applications
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
