Position: (Remote) Account Manager, Install Base Sales

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to develop and execute targeted account sales strategies for existing utility customers
  • Leverage data from Salesforce and other corporate systems to identify opportunities and drive account-based sales strategies
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the utility ecosystem, including Harris solutions and third-party partners
  • Prepare meeting materials and support customer engagements, including onsite and virtual meetings
  • Serve as a key support function for regional and corporate conferences, coordinating customer engagement schedules and follow-up actions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the utility billing or enterprise software sector
  • Strong understanding of utility operations and meter-to-cash processes
  • Experience in cross-selling or expanding business within existing accounts
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and corporate CRM tools, with a data-driven approach to sales management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and interest in leveraging AI for sales automation and process improvement
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external solution partners to develop joint proposals
