Position: Regional Sales Manager, Chicago - Lumascape Lighting (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage multiple accounts and implement promotional strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Provide expert knowledge and support regarding luminaires, lighting applications, and related controls
  • Develop and maintain relationships with agencies, specifiers, designers, and sermitsiaq contractors
  • Monitor major projects and take actions to enhance product visibility and success
  • Assist with product training programs and promotional events to measure and report ROI
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Lighting, Business Administration, Marketing, or Architecture
  • Minimum of ten years of progressive experience in professional sales or technical support, with five years in the spec lighting industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of company and competitor products, with the ability to troubleshoot and recommend solutions ει>

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
  • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
    • Advanced knowledge of facade lighting, selling, pricing, and distribution models within the industry
    • Experience with consultative selling techniques and agency representatives
    • Aptitude for teaching, coaching, and facilitating training in both small and large groups
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales objectives and effectively manage budgets
    • Strong commitment to customer service and relationship management lịch
