- Independently conducting negotiations and annual meetings to secure and develop long-term partnerships
- Support and expansion of existing customer relationships
- Acquiring new customers
- Responsibility for turnover, sales and profitability for the assigned customers
- Ongoing identification of market potential as well as competition and customer analyses
- You have completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification in the relevant field
- Several years of experience in sales or key account management
- Good knowledge of food retail structures in Germany, as well as enthusiasm for our products and the people in the food retail sector
- You have strong negotiating skills, excellent communication skills and a high level of customer and service orientation
- You are no stranger to working with ERP and CRM systems
- You enjoy working in a lively, fresh environment, value an independent way of working and are not afraid to critically scrutinise processes
- High affinity for market and shopper data
