• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a sales‑related role
• High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a remote/hybrid position
• Comfortable in an inbound/outbound phone call environment

• 1+ years of B2B sales experience
• Knowledge of facilities'ok products such as hardware, electrical, and lighting
• Experience with consultative selling or solution selling
