Position: (Remote) Account Manager, Install Base Sales

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to develop and execute account sales strategies for existing utility customers
  • Leverage data and insights from Salesforce to drive account-based sales strategies
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the utility ecosystem
  • Prepare meeting materials and support customer engagements, both onsite and virtually
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, strengthening relationships with customers and partners
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development, preferably in utility billing or enterprise software
  • Understanding of utility operations and meter-to-cash processes
  • Demonstrated success in expanding accounts through cross-selling and upselling
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and corporate CRM tools with a data-driven approach
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and interest in leveraging AI for sales automation and efficiency
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop joint proposals
