What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Manage over 150 renewals per quarter from start to finish
• Exceed sales targets while minimizing financial attrition
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to ensure smooth renewals
• Identify and implement improvements in team operations
• Promote and exemplify the company’s cultural principles as the business scales

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle closing sales experience, preferably with mid-sized businesses
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; familiarity with Salesforce
