Position: (Remote) Account Manager, Install Base Sales

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to develop and execute targeted account sales strategies for existing utility customers
  • Utilize Salesforce and other systems to prioritize opportunities and drive account-based sales strategies
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the utility ecosystem, including Harris solutions and third-party partners
  • Prepare meeting materials and participate in customer engagements to support sales activities
  • Represent the company at regional and industry conferences, coordinating customer engagement schedules
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development in the utility billing or enterprise software sector
  • Strong understanding of utility operations and meter-to-cash processes
  • Demonstrated success in cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and corporate CRM tools, with a data-driven approach
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and willingness to explore AI applications for sales automation and operational efficiency
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external solution partners to develop joint proposals
