Position: Account Executive - Hunter (West)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline and drive new business sales into Workday customer accounts
  • Navigate complex sales cycles to closure by collaborating with internal teams
  • Implement value‑selling processes using in-depth knowledge of Workday products and services
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors
  • Manage the legal contracting process within the assigned territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or relevant work experience in HR services or enterprise software
  • Minimum of 5 years of selling experience in organizations with 1,000 or more employees
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles from start to finish with a successful revenue attainment track record
  • Experience in selling services in the HR or Fintech space
  • Ability to maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with SaaS architecture
  • Experience in selling and presenting ERP software, particularly HCM solutions
  • Existing relationships with Workday Sales Account Executives and customers in the assigned region
