Director, Sales – CX Tech & CCaaS Partner - NiCE.

This is a high-level individual contributor role with opportunity for growth. This position has no direct reports. This is a Work-at-Home USA role.

Your Impact

We are seeking individuals who excel in client engagement and can transform how businesses operate in today's dynamic environment. By collaborating with our dedicated sales team and partners, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our pipeline and securing new business. You will partner with NiCE representatives on co-selling and generating new deals.

This is not a wait for partner leads role. This is a "build a net-new pipeline and co-sell role". You will represent Concentrix CX Tech and CCaaS (with NiCE) in market – opening doors, creating value and closing transformational technology deals.

Responsibilities
  • Originate, build, expand and close a net-new enterprise pipeline.
  • Partner field execution - proactively work collaboratively with NiCE sellers to co-plan and co-sell, not waiting for inbound business.
  • Enterprise engagement – access VP and CXO decision makers and buying committees inside F500 and strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Expand market presence – drive Concentrix CX Tech adoption, CCaaS upgrades and large revenue-impacting transformation opportunities.
  • Message business outcomes – craft compelling commercial value propositions that drive ROI, revenue lift and measurable business impact.
  • Industry presence – attend key partner and CCaaS events to network, prospect and accelerate pipeline.
  • Deal leadership – navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, lead negotiations and align internal Concentrix stakeholders.
  • Forecast discipline – maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline hygiene and weekly rhythm with Sales Leadership.
  • Client success mindset – ensure post-sale success and account expansion opportunities unlock future growth.
  • Achieve Sales Excellence:
    Consistently meet or surpass both quarterly and annual revenue/pipeline targets, demonstrating outstanding sales performance.
  • Lead contract negotiations:
    Oversee and manage contract negotiations in conjunction with internal stakeholders, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties.
  • Build enduring client relationships:
    Foster and maintain long‑term strategic relationships with key accounts, prioritizing mutual success and growth.
  • Internal and external sales enablement.
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction:
    Commit to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and enhancing client experiences.
  • Travel requirements:
    Prepare for moderate travel to support your role and initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Extensive sales expertise:
    Possess significant years of enterprise technology (SaaS/IaaS/PaaS/CCaaS) sales in F500 environments. Having a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or MIS is advantageous.
  • Proven track record originating pipeline – not just receiving it – and closing large transformational deals.
  • Existing enterprise relationships are strongly preferred.
  • Experience co-selling with partners (NiCE preferred, but strong partner co-sell DNA required).
  • Executive level communication and storytelling ability.
  • Relentlessly proactive, self-directed, commercially sharp operator.
  • Consultative, value-based selling skills.
  • Able to influence cross-functionally and drive to action in a matrixed environment.
  • Trusted Advisory Status:
    Considered a reliable advisor by both customers and colleagues, establishing trust and credibility.

The annual base salary range for this position is $142,720- $178,400 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education,…
