• Lead the America's specialist organization, enhancing the regional Field sales strategy
• Ensure sales fundamentals are met, including pipeline coverage and win rates
• Provide weekly product-specific forecast updates and coordinate with the AMER region
• Engage as an executive sponsor for strategic deals and key customers
• Develop a repeatable sales approach to drive growth and achieve business goals

• Minimum of 15 years in software sales with experience engaging at the executive level
• Proven track record in Enterprise software sales, particularly in Kubernetes and data protection
• Experience working within a Specialist + Field sales model
• Ability to work collaboratively across various teams, including Field, Renewals, Marketing, and Product
• Excellent written and presentation skills for diverse audiences

• Experience in partner-driven go-to-market strategies
• Strong sales management, coaching, and fundamentals expertise
• Proven team player with a hands-on approach to opportunities
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
