• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive revenue growth
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in customer organizations
• Effectively manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
• Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities and mitigate risks

• Minimum of two (2) years of successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology

• Proven track record of success in sales with a focus on revenue growth and customer relationship management
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across different levels of the organization
• Familiarity with telecommuting software such as Zoom, Web Ex, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet
