• Implement market promotion strategies effectively and develop personal performance plans to meet and exceed targets
• Schedule client visits and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with target customers
• Actively develop new clients and gather relevant information about target customers
• Complete work reports accurately and in a timely manner
• Monitor market trends and report findings to regional managers/supervisors

• Associate degree or higher, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, or pharmaceutical marketing
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proficient in computer office software
• Basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
• Strong verbal communication and coordination abilities

• Certification through RDPAC's examination
