** Medtronic is seeking a dynamic and motivated Remote Senior Sales Representative to join our Cardiovascular Portfolio. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a passion for improving patient outcomes through innovative medical technologies. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory, leveraging remote communication methods.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective account management and exceptional customer service, primarily using email, phone calls, video messaging, and Microsoft Teams.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and drive revenue growth through remote engagement strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs and enhance patient care.
* Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position Medtronic's Cardiovascular Portfolio products.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers using virtual communication platforms.
** Must Have:
*** Requires deep knowledge of job area typically obtained through education combined with extensive sales experience.
* High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 10+ years experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 8+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 6+ years experience
** Nice to Have:
*** Remote sales experience in the healthcare or medical field is a plus, but not required.
* Knowledge of cardiovascular products and procedures is advantageous.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas, demonstrating strong sales performance.
* 2+ years of sales experience, with a focus on building and nurturing customer relationships.
* Experience in account management, with a focus on building and nurturing customer relationships.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage customer data and sales activities.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating self-motivation and strong organizational skills.
