Priority1 is seeking enthusiastic, polished, and hardworking transportation professionals to join our team as Territory Managers in Ocala, FL. This role focuses on new business acquisition and offers a clear career path to Senior Territory Manager or Regional Sales Manager.
Snapshot of the Territory Manager Position- Prospecting new business through B2B door‑to‑door cold calling
- Lead generation and CRM activity tracking
- Selling and setting up new accounts
- Managing the accounts you sell
New hires receive three weeks of corporate training during their first 24 months, with additional senior TM and management training opportunities. Training is delivered in Little Rock, AR, and includes a 3‑month in‑the‑field Fast Start Program alongside upper management.

Requirements- 2+ years of freight sales experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (business, marketing, communication, or related fields)
- Active campus or athletic involvement preferred

- Strong desire for success
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission + $500 monthly car allowance + gas reimbursement
