• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of successful selling experience in a related IT field
• Proven track record of exceeding annual quotas and achieving sales success
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

• Experience in Workflow Automation, Change Management, and PM systems
• Experience selling enterprise‑level solutions in the Security and Compliance markets
• Established network and rolodex of industry contacts
