Position: State & Local Government Senior Sales Manager - (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Directly manage Vertical Account Managers, Channel Managers, and Sales Engagement Managers within the State & Local Government Sales team
  • Establish operational objectives, sales plans, and delegate assignments to subordinates
  • Develop and execute strategies for complex problem resolution and sales success
  • Conduct root cause analysis to improve long-term profitability and anticipate future customer needs
  • Lead formal teams in advanced solution selling concepts and partnership creation
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 12+ years of B2B technology sales experience
  • 2+ years of experience selling into State & Local Government agencies
  • Management experience
  • Ability to travel 50-60%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Reside in the Central or Eastern states
  • Executive presence with the ability to communicate at the senior level
  • Extensive partner relationships within the industry
  • Experience working with and selling through channel partners
